Common questions

Should I register a company or a partnership?

It depends on liability, investment plans, tax and compliance appetite. A private limited company limits personal liability but carries more filing obligations.

Do I need a shareholders’ agreement?

If there is more than one owner, almost always. It governs decision-making, transfers of shares, deadlock and exit, which the Articles alone rarely address well.
