Monawwer Ghani is the Managing Partner of Monawwer & Mudasir Advocates and a Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, specialising in corporate law, commercial litigation, patents, trademarks and copyright. He has more than 50 years of experience and appears before the Supreme Court as well as all the High Courts of the country.
He has served as an arbitrator, has a long-standing intellectual property practice, and has represented both domestic and international clients.
